Vero's 24th Birthday @ Rain

Celebrated Vero's 24th Birthday laz nite... First we went dinner at erm... some sze chuan's steamboat at Pandungan (former "老店"). Les's bro is one of the partner of the steamboat cafe. The soup itself was not bad... I would say it's the best steamboat soupy in Kuching. But for the menu... honestly, I prefer Mitzu more... as they got more variety.

Well... din manage to take pics of the cafe and all the food... coz when Dearie and I was there... the rest has already started their meal.

After dinner, we proceed to Rain Cafe for cake cutting ceremony... kekeke... We bought cake from Tom's for Vero. Very nice cheesecake that Les chose.

I can't even remember when was the last day all of us had such gathering... probably last Christmas? Everyone is busy with their personal life... Anyway, it was fun catching up with them...

New Phone

Woohooo.. Got a new phone today... Slim, light and most important... value for money... Great phone.. with 2MP 3G phone for only RM500 incl 1GB memory card... It's... SE K530i.

It will be my spare phone for calling my Dearie at cheaper rate... He's a loyal Maxis user... while I'm a loyal Digi user... Both of us don wanna change network... So for me to save cost (which I've been spending average RM60-80 monthly on SMS-es ONLY), he "supp" me a family line which I can call and SMS him for free from now on... kekeke...

To all my dearest friends... my Digi line will still be active... and for those who're using Maxis... u peepz can call me at my Maxis number... we sama-sama save cost yea... :P

Poor baby has only one pressie... which I got him a Fisher-Price Wings The Pteranodon. The rest... kong kong, ma ma, uncle and aunty all gave him Ang Pow. He loves it... He's really into "flying" object lately. Watch too much Little Einstein I suppose... Wanted to get him Thomas and Friends toys... BUT... he seems to have most of them. Big fan of Thomas. Even his bday cake was Thomas.

Technology Nowadays

So... technology nowadays really impressed me... Did u guys that our public phones nowadays got SMS function??? Am I the last to know??? Well... I just found out few weeks ago that they do!!! Oh my... I'm impressed...

But... I wonder... where will all the replies goes to?? To the public phone itself?? hmm... I must try some day... Btw, each sms cost RM0.20. :P

New Bag, New Look

Okie... this is long overdue post... Since I'm a lil free now... I wanna show off my new (consider new coz i only used it once so far... :P) sling bag.

Finally... after a long search for a perfect sling bag... I found it at Esprit... it's a GREAT bargain... It's actually the slingbag I wanted before... But it was way overpriced that time... RM229 for a clothing material goods... to me... it's a lil too expensive though it's Esprit.

Anyway, while choosing the sling bag... I found the two diff price on the price tag... one of them is 50% off... the other one is RM89.90. So I asked the sales girl for the exact price. She told me it was RM89.90. Oh Gosh.. I was delighted... I asked her if there's any further discount for member coz I tot I might already be a promotion items. (Usually there are no additional discount for best buy items). And she sed YES!!! Additional 10%. My oh my... it's only RM80 after discount!!! I grabbed it without 2nd thought... Now I'm satisfied. Another item scrapped off from my shopping list. So wat's nx??? Perhaps... a new sunglasses :P

Oh btw... I went for a hair cut yesterday... I know... I sed I wanna grow my hair... but... really cannot tahan mahh....

So... it's Bob again... But this time... a differnt Bob... I have fringe. First time ever I cut a real fringe. And I called my new hairstyle.... The Apollo 13. Coz... dearie sed I looked like I'm wearing helmet.
