This is ridiculous…
Air Asia Kuching called me up just now and told me that KL headquarter has revert all re-routes from Kch-KL-Bali.
On the same afternoon I amended my booking, Air Asia KL called me up and told me they have re-routed my flight and everything has confirmed. I login to my Air Asia account n found that my flight details has already been amended. They too, sent me my NEW AMENDED itinerary. All in Black and white!
They should have checked their database first making any phone call to their customers, giving uncertain or false info that might spoil their mood.
And if anything happen (no record for my flight to Kch-KL, etc) upon check in on Apr. 18, 2009, wait and see.... HMP!
Btw, if mine can be changed and why not others? What about my mum who's goin in October?? What about my friends who are goin with us? What about Les' mum who's goin in December??? Does that mean only those complainers get the reimbursement? It's is still unfair to other customers.
This should not be happening! Peepz... U know ur customer right, rite?
